On Wednesday 30th January BGS will welcome Simon Scarrow, bestselling author of historical fiction, perhaps most known for The Eagle series.
A former history teacher, Scarrow is now a full-time writer who travels the world undertaking research for his novels set in the Ancient Mediterranean.
Scarrow will be delivering a talk to our lucky Yr7 students, followed by a book-signing and Q&A session.
